At Doggy Delicious, we want your pup to be 100% satisfied with their treats and toys. If an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package the Goods
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
